Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect/wrong product.
2. The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
3. Products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
4. No cash or monetary refund will be provided for returned products.
5. Instead of a refund, customers can choose another product of equal or higher value. If the selected product is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.
6. Products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

NOTE FOR RETURN:

• Please check your order carefully upon delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging and tags must be retained for the return to be accepted.
• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Returns are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
• No monetary refund will be issued. An eligible return can be exchanged for another product as per the exchange policy.
